CASPER, Wyo. — The city of Casper will move forward with plans to annex the Patton Addition subdivision, the City Council determined on Tuesday.The Patton Addition subdivision is situated at 4875 S. Council moves forward in looking at possible ambulance facility

by Michael Mattison The Winthrop City Council, at its February regular meeting, voted unanimously to move ahead with a possible plan to put an addition onto the Winthrop Fire Barn that would house the Winthrop Ambulance.
