Council advances Mint Valley roof evaluation

Longview City Council has approved spending about $25,000 to investigate persistent condensation problems at the Mint Valley Racquet Complex. After already spending roughly $205,000 on insulation replacement, the city will hire a building envelope specialist to determine the cause of the issue and recommend a permanent solution, while council also discussed how to fund the evaluation.
