Cortland man arrested after hitting a person with a sock filled with rocks

(WSYR-TV) -- New York State Police at Homer have arrested a Cortland man after a physical altercation on March 11 outside a home. 51-year-old Gordon Darling is accused of hitting the victim in the head with a sock filled with rocks.
