Coroner's jury examining Ontario inmate's death gives 32 recommendations, many from previous inquests

The jury in the inquest for Percy Adam Henry, who died at Lake of the Woods District Hospital after transfer from the Kenora Jail on Feb. 8, 2021, has delivered 32 recommendations aimed at preventing the deaths of people in the criminal justice system. Some of those recommendations have been raised at previous inquests.
