Copsicle truck drove by new splashpad to treat kids

Bluefield, WV (WOAY) –  The Bluefield Police Department brought out their Copsicle truck. The Copsicle was an idea of an anonymous donor who wanted to help the kids in the city of Bluefield cool down this summer. Chief Dennis Dillow and other officers came out to the splashpad and handed out free popsicles to the kids.
