Turkey will unveil a voluntary pledge with the United Nations agency and a day for technology and AI as it seeks cleaner data-center power.

- Dedicating a COP day to technology, Turkey will launch "a portfolio of AI-enabled clean-technology pilots" connecting developers, industry partners, and investors to support electrification across buildings, transport, and industry.
- The voluntary pledge does not require approval from the nearly 200 nations at the summit, encouraging support for the "action agenda" ahead of COP31 in Antalya this November.
