The Mayor of Ramos Arizpe, Tomás Gutiérrez Merino, held a working meeting at the premises of the 69th Infantry Battalion with Lieutenant Colonel Esteban Salazar León, Commander of that Battalion. The purpose of this meeting was to coordinate security efforts between the municipal administration, the State Government, the federal authorities and the Army, all for the safety and well-being of the citizens of Ramos Arizpe.
