Construction Begins For New Student Housing In State College
Landmark Properties has broken ground on The Retreat on Westerly, an 11 acre student housing development in State College set to add 546 beds across 142 townhomes and garden-style units by 2027. Replacing vacant commercial space, the project aims to offer lower-density housing with extensive amenities near the Penn State campus to meet high student demand. Landmark currently operates four student housing properties in the State College area.
