EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A gas line was hit during construction Tuesday morning, May 20 in El Paso's Lower Valley and traffic is being impacted. A Fire Department spokesman said a gas line was hit during construction at about 10 a.m. Tuesday at North Loop and Rose Lane. That is near El Paso Community College's Valle Verde Campus.
