The Constitutional Court (ÚS) has rejected a proposal by the non-parliamentary Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (KSČ) to repeal a part of the Criminal Code that would allow for the prosecution of propaganda of communism. The reason for the rejection is the lack of legitimacy of the petitioner, which means that the court did not substantively address the content of the proposal.
