Conservative leader heads to U.S. to promote Canada as Trump escalates trade war

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is heading to New York Wednesday night, and will stay to participate in ceremonies commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks Friday, according to a senior Conservative source.
