RIDGEFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Paul Bucha, Connecticut's only living Medal of Honor recipient who was honored for his service in the Vietnam War, has died at 80. He lived in Ridgefield. Bucha died Wednesday, according to an announcement from Gov. Ned Lamont's office.
