CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A man has been charged with murder after shooting and killing his brother, according to the Concord Police Department. Around 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3, officers responded to 2754 Plantation Road for a welfare check. When they arrived, 33-year-old Jose Sanchez-Mata was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
