Comox Valley road bike race back after 6 years

Road bike racing came back to the Comox Valley earlier this month, as the Race the Valley! event was revived after six years. The Lazo Loop was a great backdrop to the action, with rider Matt Sherar winning the race. Sherar made second-place finisher Logan Wiebe work for it and Alex Timmer rounded out the podium by out-sprinting David Gerth at the line.
