Community representatives are calling for 'dedicated attention' to Sunshine Coast ferry route

The Town of Gibsons Ferry Advisory Committee is calling on B.C. Ferries, the B.C. Ferry Authority and the provincial government to work with the community on making the route more reliable and accessible. The committee released its 2026 Annual Community Position Paper, outlining six priority areas for the three bodies to consider as decisions are made about the route’s future.
