OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A local summer camp is celebrating emergency service workers and community heroes Owego Elementary School celebrated the end of its 6 week summer enrichment camp.Each day of the camp's final week was dedicated to a specific group of first responders.While EMS, Police, and transportation workers were also recognized, today revolved around a visit from area fire departments.
