Community members gathered at the Broome County Courthouse on Saturday to commemorate the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The commemoration opened with remarks by Stephan Wasylko, a retired foreign service officer who performed diplomatic work in Ukraine on behalf of the United States in the 1990s.
