The aircraft accident was apparently caused by a mechanical failure in the public transport unit. Two serious injuries remain in hospital.

After the accident in which a driver lost control of a 'pirate combi', causing 14 passengers to be injured, in Independencia, the ATU reported the corresponding sanctions, in addition s made public knowledge that the carrier handled without short notice.
