COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Columbia man was charged on Wednesday after authorities say he raped a child in July. Jason White, 47, was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. He is being held at the Boone County Jail without bond.
