Teacher Jailed on Child Pornography Charges in Columbia County

A middle school teacher, Ryan Thomas Manley, 43, was jailed this week on charges of possessing child pornography, according to Columbia County authorities. Manley was formally charged Thursday, July 3rd, with sexual exploitation of children, a felony after being arrested at his home in Evans, GA, near Augusta.
