St. Mary's University alumnus qualifies for U.S. Open

On what is billed as “Golf’s Longest Day,” St. Mary’s University alumnus Emilio Gonzalez (B.B.A. ’20) made St. Mary’s University history by being the first Rattler alumnus to qualify for the U.S. Open.  Gonzalez, who golfed for the Rattlers Men’s Golf team from 2016-2020, qualified for the event Monday on the last day of the 36-hole qualifier.
