Collin Gosselin Shares Message to Estranged Siblings After Years Apart
The memoir details alleged abuse and years of separation that Collin says have kept him from knowing several siblings well.
On Tuesday, Collin Gosselin released his memoir detailing alleged physical and emotional abuse by his mother, Kate Gosselin, during their years on reality television.
Collin alleges his mother institutionalized him at Fairmount Behavioral Health System for 21 months after he attempted to escape, claiming she isolated him in a basement room monitored by security cameras.
Staff allegedly restrained him with zip ties and injected him with sedatives he called "booty juice" after he questioned why he remained hospitalized despite outpatient treatment being insufficient.
Kate has disputed the claims, calling them "ridiculous" on TikTok and maintaining that doctors recommended institutionalization for her son's safety due to behavioral issues.
Now living with his father, Jon Gosselin, and sister Hannah, Collin remains estranged from six other siblings while hoping his memoir might inspire eventual reconciliation despite struggling to remember their voices.
