College Wrap: Princeton, Rutgers draw in women’s soccer action

PRINCETON — Freshman Kennedi Cotter scored from the penalty spot in the 79th minute to cancel out Zoe Markesini’s opener four minutes earlier and Rutgers came from behind to draw Princeton, 1-1, on Friday evening at Roberts Stadium. Markesini’s goal after a disputed corner kick was the first of her career and gave the Tigers (0-0-1) the lead in their season opener.
