Collectives, families and civil organizations rejected the proposals to modify the reform of disappearances in Mexico announced last Monday by the Ministry of the Interior (Segob). After accusing that the project does not address the crisis in the matter of the disappearance of persons, but its objective is to impose a system of mass surveillance, it asked the Congress of the Union for an Open Parliament.
