Colgate Offense Heats Up as Match Goes On to Defeat Navy - Naval Academy Athletics

After playing a great first set to take a 1-0 lead, the Navy volleyball team battled first-place Colgate to the end of a four-set loss by the Mids to the Raiders, Friday night at the Wesley A. Brown Field House in Annapolis.  The Raiders (12-5, 7-0 Patriot League) won their 10th match in a row with the 14-25, 25-22, 25-16, 25-20 victory over the Mids (6-10, 2-5).

Colgate defeated Navy 3–1 on Friday at Wesley A. Brown Field House. After dropping the first set 14–25, the Raiders rallied to win the next three sets 25–22, 25–16, 25–19. The Raiders recorded several multiple point runs late in the last three sets to prevail over the Mids.
