COCOA BEACH, Fla. — What began as a routine traffic stop on a bicyclist in Cocoa Beach has ended with two men facing multiple felony drug charges, according to police. In the early morning hours of August 14, at approximately 2:06 a.m., a Cocoa Beach police officer stopped a male bicyclist for a traffic infraction near 3701 North Atlantic Avenue.
