COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Despite incurring heavy damage from flooding caused by Hurricane Helene, Cocke County's visitor spending grew 5.93% from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, Cocke County generated $71,185,100 in direct visitor spending. This brought in $4,003,000 in state taxes and $3,025,600 in local taxes.
