Cochabamba will debut a new luminary

The Mayor's Office and Teletec of Mexico will begin changing the new luminaires next week and a reduction of up to 50% in energy consumption is expected, according to a press release. “The luminaires will start to turn on dimly at dusk, until they reach their maximum brightness in moments of maximum darkness. In the early morning, their potency will decrease,” the note states.
