APTOS Roads to close for holiday parade The County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development and Infrastructure announced that Aptos Chamber of Commerce will be blocking vehicle access to Soquel Drive between State Park Drive and Trout Gulch Road for the Aptos Fourth of July Parade.
