OTTAWA — Clocks are set to spring forward on Sunday as most of Canada moves to daylight time until the fall. Daylight time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, when clocks move forward one hour, until Nov. 1, when they’ll be turned back an hour to rejoin standard time.
