Climber dies after 300-foot fall on Mount Hood

A climber died after falling an estimated 300 feet near Devil’s Kitchen on Mount Hood on Jan. 25, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. Search and rescue teams recovered the climber, whose name has not yet been released.
