An at-risk 16-year-old girl was reported missing after being last seen Wednesday in Lancaster. Denessa Diane Cole, also known as Nessa, was last seen on Wednesday in the 43000 block of Hardwood Avenue at around 4 p.m., according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
