At four o’clock Monday afternoon, Christy Beckman, Sedgwick County Clerk, found there was an insufficient number of signatures submitted to recall any of the three Sedgwick County Commissioners, Ron Berges, Darrin Tobin and John Fryar. Monday marked the 60th and final day for signed petitions to be turned in to warrant an election to be held.
