Clearwater — Clearwater Police have identified the man shot Saturday night at the Royal Breeze Apartments as Josten Pack, 36, of Clearwater. Officers and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded at 7:30 p.m. to 21227 U.S. 19 N. for a reported shooting.
