Clay Township ferry franchise ordinance fails to get motion for approval

At the Clay Township Board of Trustee’s July 28 meeting, a proposed ferry franchise ordinance did not get a motion to be approved. In a letter included in the board’s meeting packet, Supervisor Paul Cassidy said the ordinance would help protect the public.
