City sets special day to celebrate life of Josh Petrillo

Leesville Mayor Rick Allen presented a proclamation during Monday’s City Council meeting to the Petrillo family designating Jan. 27 — from this day forward — as Joshua “Josh” Petrillo Day in the city. Allen said Josh was a beloved member of the Leesville and Vernon Parish community who welcomed and loved everyone he met.
