City receives $28 million in funding for east Toledo infrastructure project

Toledo will receive $28.5 million from the federal government for a Front Street transportation redesign intended to complement what Metroparks Toledo is doing with its five-mile Glass City Riverwalk along both sides of the Maumee River.
