City of Richmond Hill votes to roll back millage rate, providing taxpayer relief

After a series of public hearings and a thorough review of the city’s financial position, the Richmond Hill City Council has unanimously voted to adopt the full rollback millage rate for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision will roll back the millage rate from the previously announced 4.132 mills to 3.981 mills, returning approximately $188,736 to taxpayers.
