The Champions League final not only promises excitement from a sporting point of view – it also becomes a real big event economically.

This year, the Allianz Arena in Munich will be 20 years old, being the organizer of the Champions League final for the first time in 13 years. 20 years after the opening match, stadium managing director Jürgen Muth explained why an expansion of the audience capacities is planned for the first time.
