City of Franklin holds ribbon cutting to welcome new Electrical Plant Building - WNKY News 40 Television

FRANKLIN, Ky. – The City of Franklin, along with the Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon cutting Wednesday morning to celebrate the opening of the new electrical plant building and office. The community gathered to celebrate the opening of the new facilities and take a tour of the new state-of-the-art offices.
