FARGO — As the first winter storm of the season approaches, Fargo Cass Public Health has announced plans to open a warming shelter for homeless people in Fargo. FARGO, ND – The winter warming operation opens tonight in Fargo. It’ll be at the current site of the Downtown Engagement Center, at 222 4th Street North. It’ll be open from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. and will be able to accommodate between 50 and 55 people each night.
