BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The City Hall Treasurer's Office in Dunkirk was ordered closed Tuesday by the New York State Comptroller's Office. Dunkirk police said they worked together with the mayor's office to assist the district attorney's office at the direction of the state comptroller's office.
