San Jose leaders expected to OK plan for digital billboards

San Jose city leaders on Tuesday are set to take the next step in making downtown digital billboards a reality.

The Hopkinsville Downtown Entertainment District is opening to patrons on Saturday and the city will host a grand opening celebration on August 23. The district will take over portions of South Main and South Virginia Streets.
