In a special meeting May 18 just a week after their previous regular meeting the Hereford City Commission mixed its brief agenda, taking up the third item first and approving extension of city services to an RV park, then entering into the number two agenda item that included an executive session not posted on the agenda to discuss bids for harvesting caliche at the city farm.
