Citizens Lie Down Gate that Prevents Access to Puddle of Rio Grande

Neighbors of the Mameyes River – near El Yunque – in Rio Grande removed a gate that supposedly prevents access to the “La Barrigona” puddle. On social networks, they claimed that a “ziplins” business blocked access to the place and shut down at 3pm, without residents and locals enjoying it as they like. “The law cannot be violated by anyone and the rivers are from Puerto Rico,” said a citizen with brown in hand.
