On the surface, it might seem a bit of a stretch that Citadel senior Wheeler Johnson is interning this summer at the Brown Library here in Washington. Wheeler is currently in the Army ROTC program at the Citadel, and upon graduation, he will be commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Army.
