Rolf Schumann, together with Christian Müller, digitized the Schwarz Group in recent years and launched Lidl Plus, among other ventures. Müller now takes over as sole CEO with immediate effect.
Christian Müller, previously Co-CEO Schwarz Digits, will become the sole CEO of Schwarz Digits, a company of the Schwarz Group, from 10.07.2026 onwards. Rolf Schumann, until now Co-CEO Schwarz Digits, will leave the company with immediate effect after seven years of joint development in the best mutual agreement.
