MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Fans hoping to see Chris Brown’s “Breezy Bowl XX” world tour in Memphis will now have to make other plans. Ticketmaster announced that the October 18 concert at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium has been canceled. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original method of payment within 14–21 days, according to Ticketmaster.
