Chipotle planned for space that holds Chen’s Buffet in State College

COLLEGE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A third Chipotle location in the region is being planned for South Atherton Street in the building space currently holding Chen's Mongolian BBQ Buffet. College Township officials confirmed to WTAJ News that a minor land development plan for what is being called "Chipotle South Atherton" is currently under a minor revision plan.
