[Nago] On February 19th, children at Aozora no Ko Nursery School (Principal: Kayoko Tokeshi) in Tamemata, Nago City, dug up potatoes in the field behind the nursery and harvested approximately 80 kilograms. The children planted the seed potatoes on October 30th of last year, and in the lead up to the harvest they observed the potatoes germinating and flowering, as well as weeding.
